1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the AC Repairmen website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Description
AC Repairmen provides heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), and plumbing services for residential and commercial properties in South Florida, including but not limited to Broward County, Miami-Dade County, and Palm Beach County.
3. Service Appointments
When you schedule a service appointment through our website, phone, or other means:
- You agree to provide accurate contact and property information
- You understand that appointment times are estimates and may vary due to job complexity
- You agree to have an adult (18+) present at the service location during the appointment
- Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance when possible
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices quoted are estimates until a technician can assess the actual work required. Final pricing will be provided before work begins, and you must approve the quote before we proceed with repairs or installations.
- Payment Terms:Due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged
- Methods:Cash, checks, and major credit cards
- Financing:Available for qualified customers
- Returned Checks:May incur additional fees
5. Warranties and Guarantees
Our work is covered by warranties as follows:
- 1 Year:Labor warranty on new system installations
- 90 Days:Labor warranty on major repairs
- 30 Days:Labor warranty on minor repairs and maintenance
- Manufacturer:Parts covered under manufacturer warranties
Warranties do not cover damage caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, power surges, floods, or other acts of nature.
6. Limitation of Liability
AC Repairmen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
7. Property Access
By scheduling service, you grant our technicians permission to access your property and the areas necessary to perform the requested work. You represent that you have the authority to grant such access.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Broward County, Florida.
